A growing organization needed a structured and scalable way to train employees across multiple locations and departments. Traditional training methods relied heavily on manual tracking, inconsistent evaluation processes, and limited visibility into employee learning progress. This created challenges for training coordinators and managers when assessing employee performance and ensuring knowledge of adoption.
To address these issues, a Training Management System (TMS) was designed and implemented. The system combines a centralized Admin Panel for training management with a mobile-based Employee Application that allows employees to access training materials, complete quizzes, communicate with supervisors, and track performance.
The platform digitized the entire training lifecycle from course creation to employee evaluation, enabling organizations to monitor progress, automate assessments, and improve workforce capabilities in a structured and measurable way.
Training programs were distributed across different formats and systems. Administrators struggled to manage training schedules, employee enrollments, and course content from a single platform.
Managers had difficulty monitoring whether employees had completed training modules or understood the learning materials. Tracking progress across departments requires manual reporting.
Employee performance after training was not consistently evaluated. While some employees completed courses, there was no standardized method to measure whether the training was effectively applied to the job.
Employees often needed clarification about training content but lacked a structured communication channel with supervisors or trainers.
Manual data entry, employee records management, and training tracking increased administrative workload for training coordinators.
Administrators and managers gained real-time insights into employee training progress and performance across departments.
The combined evaluation system ensured employees not only completed training but also demonstrated practical skill application.
Automation of training management, employee records, and quiz assessments significantly reduced manual administrative tasks.
Interactive learning modules, quizzes, and feedback mechanisms increased employee participation in training programs.
Management gained actionable insights into training outcomes, enabling better talent development and promotion decisions.
